Order for Poofs Inflatable Paddling Pool. On 11 February I ordered a Poofs Inflatable Paddling Pool form your company and sent a cheque for £ 35. According to my bank the cheque no. was cashed on 21 February but my goods have not arrived.
As five weeks have now elapsed, I would be grateful if you would either send the goods within seven days of the date on this letter or refund my money.
