I am writing to complain about the Toddleoff Toy Company which has advertised regularly in your newspaper. Following the advertisement on 11 February, I ordered a Poofs Inflatable Paddling
Pool, Price £ 35.
The paddling pool did not arrive, so after allowing the 28 days stipulated for delivery plus a further week, I wrote to the company asking for the goods or a refund within seven days. On 3 April I wrote again but I have received no answer, no goods and no refund. My bank informed me that my cheque was cashed on 21 February.
I would be grateful if you could investigate the current status of the company and let me know how I can obtain a refund.
